HOW WE PROTECT YOUR ACCOUNT

Account Security and Your Data Under Our Terms

Data Handling

Your account details, deposit history and withdrawal requests are stored on encrypted servers. We never sell your data to third parties. When you close your account, we retain records for seven years to comply with regional financial reporting rules.

Password and Login

You control your login credentials. We require a strong password at sign-up and support two-factor authentication on request. If someone accesses your account without permission, report it immediately via live chat.

Withdrawal Verification

Before any withdrawal clears, we verify it against your deposit history and account activity. This process typically takes 15–30 minutes for DANA, OVO and GoPay, and up to 60 minutes for QRIS transfers.

Dispute Resolution

If you believe a transaction was unauthorised or incorrect, contact support within 30 days with transaction details. We'll investigate and respond with a decision within five business days.

Account Closure

You can close your account any time via Settings > Account > Close Account. Outstanding balances are withdrawn to your linked payment method. Your account data remains archived for regulatory purposes.

Policy Updates

When we update these terms, we'll notify you by email at least 14 days in advance. Changes take effect on the date stated in the notice. Continued use of your account means you accept the updated terms.
